Payment

Your Lash Maintenance Membership is a recurring payment that is charged every 30 days from the date you enroll.

Late Policy

The membership follows our standard late policy: appointments include a 15-minute grace period, and late arrivals may require shortening or cancellation to protect the schedule.

Cancellation

Membership cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before your next billing date (example: to cancel for April, cancel in March).

Refund Policy

All membership payments are non-refundable; once your billing cycle has started, that month’s payment cannot be refunded.
